Lee Kelly

I remember Kenny  from early teens or before.  As kids, we lived off Hwy 1 North across from the American Legion this was back in the days when the Legion building was a couple of old military barracks from the Greenville AFB.  We would walk cross country to their Good Will Store off Abide or Airdale, which ever it was and Kenny would sell us loose shotgun shells and cigarettes from the pack.  We also rode the same schoolbus for many years.  In later years when we lived in Country Club Estates, Kenny opened the Good Deal Store south of us on Hwy 1.  My youngest daughter was good friends with his kids Cathy, Kelli and Kevin and we attended Parkview Baptist Church with them for some years.  Kenny was always smiling and friendly and ready to help in any way he could.  Sorry I took so long to post about my friend.  You are missed. RIP.

Lee
